Keynote Speaker - Tanika Mangum

Tanika Mangum is the Outreach Relationship Manager at United Negro College Fund (UNCF), where she develops initiatives and strategies to educate and inform students, families and school administrators of the nearly 400 programs offered by UNCF annually. Ms. Mangum travels the country to expand the reach of UNCF and help eligible students connect and apply to opportunities. She is affectionately known as the “Scholarship Advocate” and truly believes in the power of scholarships. As a first-generation college graduate, she earned a Bachelor degree from Eastern Connecticut State University, a Master's degree in Higher Education from Florida International University and an Executive Leadership for Change degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.  She is student loan debt free and did it all through scholarships! She has over 12 years of Leadership and Career development experience and has worked with underrepresented and underserved populations ranging from High School to University settings for over 10 years. She has been regionally and nationally recognized for top leadership qualities and impactful advancement initiatives to move students and families to action with a Can - Do attitude.
