At just 14 years old, Mason Kirtley is already making serious moves—on the court, in the classroom, and in his community. A proud 8th grader at Fountain Fort Carson Middle School with a solid 3.65 GPA, Mason is driven by a dream: to play professional basketball in the NBA and become a powerhouse entrepreneur along the way.

Recently recruited to IMG Academy, one of the top basketball programs in the country, Mason is laser-focused on his goal. But don’t let the highlight reels fool you—this rising star is just as passionate about building his future off the court. He plans to earn a degree in business or sports management and eventually launch a brand that reflects discipline, faith, and purpose.

Math is his favorite subject (yep, this baller loves numbers!), and his talents extend far beyond basketball. From fashion and branding to public speaking and mentoring, Mason brings energy, vision, and leadership to everything he touches. As a community ambassador, he’s helped lead youth events, organized local drives, and inspired younger students to chase their goals with confidence.

Mason credits his biggest inspiration to his mom, a hardworking single parent and soon-to-be grad school graduate, who’s shown him the power of resilience and faith. He’s also proud to be a part of the AAYLC family for the past 3 years, where he's learned that his voice matters and leadership starts with service.
