The African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) believes that empowering young people takes a village. We welcome opportunities to collaborate with individuals, businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, community groups, and organizations that share our commitment to helping youth grow, lead, and thrive.

Our Community Partners are not necessarily financial sponsors. They are valued members of our extended village who help us create meaningful connections, share resources, expand opportunities, and open doors for young people throughout our community and beyond.
