2026 African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC)

The wait is over! The 2026 AAYLC returns to Colorado College for another powerful day of inspiration, learning, and connection for youth in grades 6–12.
Students: Your Leadership Journey Starts Here
Students will choose from dynamic workshops in Leadership, STEM, Fine Arts, College Prep, Entrepreneurship, Black History, Workforce Development, Personal Growth, and more. Plus, enjoy live entertainment, prize giveaways, and meals included.
The Village: Because It Takes a Village to Raise a Leader
Parents, caregivers, educators, mentors, and community members are invited to join The Village—a FREE experience designed to strengthen families, schools, and communities. Discover practical resources, engage in meaningful conversations, and connect with others who are committed to helping today's youth thrive.
