AAYLC Performance Guidelines & Disclaimer

The AAYLC is committed to creating a welcoming, positive, and inclusive experience for students, families, educators, and community members. All performances must be appropriate for a diverse, family-friendly audience that includes youth in grades 6–12.

Performances may not include derogatory or discriminatory language, profanity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, inappropriate visual expressions, or other material that conflicts with the mission, values, or family-friendly nature of the AAYLC.

The AAYLC reserves the right to review, approve, request modifications to, or decline any performance or performance content at its sole discretion. Performers may be asked to provide music, lyrics, videos, scripts, or other materials in advance for review. All performers must adhere to assigned performance times, event schedules, venue requirements, and instructions provided by AAYLC staff and event organizers.

Submission of an interest form does not guarantee selection or participation. Selected performers will receive additional information regarding scheduling, logistics, technical requirements, and event-day expectations.

Thank you for helping us create an inspiring, respectful, and unforgettable experience for our young people and community!
