As a Day-of-Conference Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and unforgettable experience for our students, families, presenters, and community.

How You Can Make a Difference
 

Welcome & Engage
Be one of the friendly faces that welcomes students, families, presenters, and guests while helping create an energetic and inclusive atmosphere.
 

Help Keep Things Moving
Assist with registration, event setup, participant directions, session transitions, and other important logistics that help the conference run smoothly.
 

Support Workshops & Activities
Help presenters and attendees have a positive experience by providing assistance in workshop rooms and throughout the conference.

Be an AAYLC Ambassador
Serve as a helpful point of contact by answering questions, providing directions, and making sure attendees feel supported throughout the day.
