Do you have a talent that can energize a crowd, inspire young people, and create an unforgettable experience? The 34th Annual African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) is looking for dynamic performers to take the stage on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Colorado College!

Whether you sing, dance, act, play an instrument, perform spoken word, showcase cultural arts, or have a unique talent all your own, we want to hear from you!
