All conference presentations must be appropriate for a diverse audience of students, families, educators, and community members. Presentations should be engaging, respectful, inclusive, and aligned with the mission and values of the African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC). Content containing derogatory or offensive language, explicit material, inappropriate visual content, political campaigning, or the promotion of products or services for personal or commercial gain is not permitted.

Submission of a presenter application does not guarantee selection. All applications and proposed presentation content are subject to review and approval by AAYLC. Selected presenters may be asked to provide additional information or materials before the conference.

Conference presenter opportunities are voluntary and unpaid unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by AAYLC. Presenters are expected to follow all conference policies, schedules, safety requirements, and guidelines for appropriate interactions with youth.
