All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the AAYLC. Submission of an application and/or payment does not guarantee acceptance or participation. Vendors must offer products, services, information, displays, and promotional materials that are appropriate for a diverse audience, including youth and families, and that align with the mission, values, and positive environment of the AAYLC.

The AAYLC reserves the right to decline or remove any vendor whose products, services, materials, conduct, or displays are deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the purpose and values of the conference.

Participation as a vendor does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, or affiliation by the AAYLC. Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, licenses, insurance requirements, and event guidelines.

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the AAYLC.
