The African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is entirely funded by donations and run entirely by volunteers from the community. Our mission is to provide innovative programs and experiences that empower students in their communities and beyond. Our annual conference features interactive workshops, entertainment, social confidence, and networking opportunities. The AAYLC has hosted over 20,000 students of all ethnicities in the Pike Peak Region and beyond to date. We've also given out over $250,000 in student scholarships. The AAYLC has a long history of instilling high moral standards and values in youth.
